Riding a bike is one of my favorite things to do. It’s a good way to get a good core and lower body workout in. I’m also getting major sunlight. Don’t believe the sun screen hype. The sun gives us energy and information, but I’m straying off the topic at hand. While biking I’m also breathing in fresh air and cleansing out my lungs. Another good reason/ benefit for men to ride bikes; is that it increases your blood flow. The only reason why the man downstairs stands up is due to blood flow. Every man after reading that should want to hop on their bike quick. Only precaution you should take while riding your bike, is sitting on the seat for too long.
Next time you’re looking for something to do, hop on your bike and enjoy life.
