A lot of people put more time, money and energy into their secondary mode of transportation than they do their first. Meaning that people will put more time and effort into making sure that their car is clean on the inside and out but won’t do the same for their body; your body is your main and first mode of transportation. They’ll get their car’s oils changed, flush and refill all of the fluids, wash and wax the car; but ask them when was the last time that they did a detox or drank some water. That’s when you start to hear all kinds of crazy answers such as “I don’t like the taste of water!” or “I don’t feel like exercising or working out!” Of course you don’t because your body is filled with dirty oil and its time get it changed.
Your body/ temple should be your prized possession. Your body is like your car; when you don’t take care of it, sooner or later it will break down. You wouldn’t purposely pour sugar into you car’s tank: and you damn sure shouldn’t pour it into yours. Dehydration and sugar are the cause of most of these diseases that we suffer from as people in today’s society. So drink more water. You should drink half of your body weight in ounces everyday. For instance if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water not juice every day. We as people need to walk more. People in other countries walk miles upon miles everyday and their society doesn’t suffer with obesity and other easily curable diseases like Americans do. Plus walking gives you time to think to your SELF. No radio, just listen to the sound of nature while breathing some fresh air. If you do those two simple things; I am willing to bet that you will shed pounds all while relieving a lot of stress from your life.

P.S. I can go in on how car’s pollute and poison the air we breathe and blah, blah, blah but I don’t have the time at this moment. But I do really hope that more people learn to really put their SELF first.
