Strive to be better than you were yesterday! If you usually run a mile a day, tomorrow try to run two. If you usually read one book a week, next week try to read two. Push yourself to the next level. Don’t be content with your average. Even though you may be doing more than most, you can probably do more than what you have been. Even if you’re already in a good spot, good can turn into great if you go a little harder everyday. Go the extra mile. You will only reap the benefits from taking the extra step.
