I don’t spend time
That made time
To make you
I agree that this is quick and to the point. This is one of those things where you have to decide if you’re “spending time”, or spending time “WISELY”.
King Duke! That’s the goal, to make people question just that; are you using your time “WISELY”? Or just watching other people who used their time wisely, to get where they wanted to be in life.
This a very mental process
Brotha Tyrell. Thanks for commenting. That’s what we do here. Push messages that make you have to think and analyze. There will be much more to come. Stay tuned young king.
Bam! Short, sweet, and straight to the jugular lol. I love this post. Because it is so real. Something we are blindly doing all the time these days. With social media, reality shows, etc. we give so much unnecessary time to those undeserving. Not realizing the harm it causes us ingesting the madness these people put out here.
Hey VonVon! You hit the nail on the head with your comment. Nearly all media on television these days is harmful. So much things on there to ADVERT(isements) your attention from the things that really matter in this life. Family and friends, saving and helping others. All the things that are really important are diminished. The television has played such a huge role in the destruction of society’s values and morals. I don’t subject myself to it and I don’t think anyone else should either. Love you Von and thanks for commenting.
When I read this I thought this was a powerful message but, I also thought about passion. Passion is the ingredient that separates those who are living life versus those that are observing life.
This was straight to the point. Good message that I needed in a particular area of my life.
Hey Tay, this poem definitely speaks on passion. Just because you are breathing doesn’t mean that you are ALIVE. That is part of my mission to get people to really LIVE life. Sitting around watching other people that accomplished their goals already, while you have goals of your own, is ludicrous to me. This poem is also an ode to not watching TV.
Straight and to the point… with so many things to be taken out of it. Such as get on your grind and stop watching others people’s grinds. Others like be yourself and think for yourself.
You know me well, you decoded the poem quite nicely. We can’t complain about our circumstances if we are not doing anything to change them. Go Hard or Die Easy!!!
